DOL Regulations
The Department of Labor has published regulations implementing Section 504; these regulations are found at 29 CFR Part 32. These regulations apply to all recipients of Federal financial assistance from DOL, including recipients of financial assistance under WIA Title I.
"Financial assistance" means in-kind assistance as well as dollars and cents. In-kind assistance is assistance made in a form other than money (e.g. goods or services).
